Visual content is essential for social media engagement. SoSocial gives you multiple ways to find or create the perfect image for your posts without leaving the platform.

AI Image Generation

SoSocial integrates with DALL-E to generate custom images from text descriptions. This is ideal when you need a unique visual that doesn’t exist in stock photo libraries.

To generate an image:

1. Open the image generation tool in the composer.
2. Describe what you want — be specific about the subject, style, colors, and mood.
3. The AI generates an image based on your description.
4. Add the generated image directly to your post.

The more detail you include in your description, the better the results. For example, “a flat illustration of a team brainstorming in a modern office with warm lighting” will produce more useful results than “people working.”

Unsplash Image Search

For royalty-free photography, SoSocial includes a built-in Unsplash search. Unsplash provides high-quality photos that are free to use for commercial purposes.

To search for photos:

1. Open the image search in the composer.
2. Enter a keyword or phrase related to your post.
3. Browse the results and click to add any image to your post.

Google Image Search

You can also search Google Images for visual inspiration. While these images may be subject to copyright, they’re useful for finding reference material or ideas for your own visuals.

Tips

• AI-generated images work best for abstract concepts, illustrations, or unique visuals that stock photos can’t provide.
• Unsplash photos are great for real-world photography — landscapes, people, products, and everyday scenes.
• Always check image dimensions before posting. Different platforms have different ideal sizes.
