The AI Insights tab uses artificial intelligence to analyze your analytics data and provide a narrative summary of your social media performance — no spreadsheets or manual analysis required.

Generating Insights

Click the Generate Insights button to run a fresh analysis. The AI reviews your current analytics data within the selected date range and produces a comprehensive report. Generation typically takes a few seconds.

What’s Included

The AI analysis covers several areas:

Performance Summary

A plain-language overview of how your content performed during the selected period. This includes total engagement trends, reach changes, and how your numbers compare to previous periods.

Trend Identification

The AI spots patterns you might miss — for example, a consistent engagement drop on weekends, a spike in comments when you post video content, or growing reach on a specific platform.

What’s Working

A breakdown of your strongest content types, topics, and formats. The AI highlights which posts drove the most engagement and why they likely resonated with your audience.

Strategy Recommendations

Actionable suggestions for improving your performance. These might include posting more of a certain content type, adjusting your posting schedule, trying new formats, or doubling down on topics that are gaining traction.

Content Ideas

Tailored post ideas based on your performance patterns and brand voice. These ideas are designed to build on what’s already working for your audience.

Tips

• Run insights at least once a month to stay on top of shifting trends.
• The more data you have (more published posts, longer history), the more useful the insights become.
• Use insights alongside the Optimal Times heatmap and Top Posts view for a well-rounded content strategy.
