Top Posts

Top Posts

The Top Posts view shows your highest-performing published content across all connected platforms, ranked by engagement. It’s the fastest way to see what’s resonating with your audience.

What You’ll See

Each entry in the Top Posts list includes:

  • Platform icon — Which platform the post was published on (Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok).
  • Content preview — A snippet of the post’s text and a thumbnail of any attached media.
  • Key metrics — Likes, comments, shares, and reach displayed alongside the post.

Posts are ranked by total engagement (a combined score of likes, comments, and shares), with the best performers at the top.

How to Use Top Posts

Identify Content Patterns

Look for commonalities among your top-performing posts:

  • Are they a certain type of content (images, videos, text-only)?
  • Do they cover specific topics or themes?
  • Were they posted at particular times of day?

Inform Future Content

Use your top posts as a blueprint for creating more high-performing content. If behind-the-scenes videos consistently rank high, plan more of them. If posts with questions drive comments, make that a regular format.

Cross-Platform Comparison

Since Top Posts pulls from all platforms, you can compare performance across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. A post that performs well on one platform might inspire similar content tailored for another.

Date Range

Top Posts respects the date range selector at the top of the Analytics page. Narrow the range to see recent hits, or expand it to find all-time best performers within the available data.

  • The AI Insights tab can automatically analyze your top posts and suggest content strategies.
  • The AI Content Suggestions feature uses your top posts to generate new post ideas.
