Calendar Filters

Filter calendar posts by platform, status, and content type to focus on what matters.

Calendar Filters

When your calendar gets busy with content across multiple platforms and content types, filters help you cut through the noise and focus on exactly what you need to see.

Opening the Filter Panel

Click the filter icon at the top of the Calendar page to open the Filter Popover. The popover presents all available filter options in a compact, easy-to-use panel that doesn’t take you away from the calendar view.

Available Filters

Platform

Show only posts targeting specific platforms. Select one or more:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • TikTok

This is useful when you want to review content for a single channel — for example, checking that your Instagram feed has a consistent visual cadence.

Status

Filter by where posts are in the publishing lifecycle:

  • Pending — scheduled and waiting to publish.
  • Published — successfully sent to the platform.
  • Failed — encountered an error during publishing.

Filtering by status helps you quickly spot issues. For example, filter to “failed” to find posts that need attention.

Content Type

Narrow down by the type of content:

  • Post — standard feed posts.
  • Story — ephemeral story content (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Reel — short-form video content (Facebook and Instagram).

This is helpful when planning your content mix — check how many stories you have lined up this week versus feed posts, or see if you have reels spaced out evenly.

How Filters Apply

Filters take effect instantly across all calendar views. Whether you’re in Month, Week, Day, or List view, the filtered results appear immediately. Posts that don’t match your active filters are simply hidden from view — they aren’t deleted or affected in any way.

Combining Filters

You can combine multiple filters at once. For example, show only “pending Instagram stories” to review upcoming Instagram story content that hasn’t been published yet. The more filters you apply, the more focused your view becomes.

To reset, simply clear the filters from the popover to return to the full calendar view.
