Calendar Views

Switch between Month, Week, Day, and List views to see your content schedule the way you prefer.

Calendar Views

The Calendar page gives you a visual overview of your entire content schedule. With four different views, you can zoom in or out depending on what you need to see.

Month View

The Month view is the default and shows a traditional calendar grid. Each day cell displays your scheduled posts as compact, color-coded cards. This view is ideal for getting a big-picture look at your content plan — you can quickly spot busy days, gaps in your schedule, and how content is distributed across the month.

Week View

Switch to Week view for a detailed look at seven days at a time. Posts are shown in a taller layout with more detail visible per card, making it easier to review captions and media. This view works well for weekly planning sessions and day-to-day management.

Day View

The Day view focuses on a single day, showing every scheduled post in full detail. Use this view when you want to review exactly what’s going out on a specific date — great for launch days, campaign kicks, or any day with a heavy content load.

List View

The List view presents your posts in a simple chronological list without the calendar grid. Posts are shown in order by date and time, making it easy to scan through upcoming content sequentially. This is especially useful when you want to review a long stretch of content at a glance.

Switching Views

Use the view toggle at the top of the Calendar page to switch between Month, Week, Day, and List. Your selected view persists as you navigate through dates.

Use the arrow buttons next to the current date label to move forward or backward. In Month view, arrows step by month. In Week view, they step by week. In Day view, they step by day. You can also click the date label to jump back to today.

Color-Coded Posts

Posts are color-coded by platform, making it easy to see at a glance which channels have content scheduled. Each platform — Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok — has a distinct color.
