Where to Find Suggestions

When you open the Schedule Modal from the composer, you’ll see AI-suggested times alongside the date and time picker. These suggestions are highlighted so you can spot them quickly and apply them with a single click.

How It Works

SoSocial analyzes your historical posting data and engagement patterns to determine when your audience is most active. The system looks at metrics like likes, comments, shares, and reach across your connected platforms, then identifies the time slots where your content has historically performed best.

The more data SoSocial has to work with, the more accurate these suggestions become. If you’re just getting started and don’t have much posting history yet, the suggestions may be more general — but they’ll improve over time as you publish more content.

Using the Suggestions

When the Schedule Modal displays a suggested time, simply click it to apply that time to your selected date. You’re free to adjust it afterward if you prefer a slightly different slot. The suggestions are a starting point, not a requirement.

If you’re scheduling to multiple dates, each date may receive a different suggested time depending on the day of the week. For example, weekday mornings might be recommended for professional audiences, while weekend afternoons could work better for casual content.
