Managing Posts on the Posts Page
Browse, search, and filter all your scheduled posts grouped by day on the Posts page.
Managing Posts on the Posts Page
The Posts page (also called Schedules) is your central hub for viewing and managing every scheduled post. It gives you a clear, organized overview of what’s coming up and what’s already been published.
Post Organization
Posts are grouped by day, so you can quickly scan what’s going out today, tomorrow, and beyond. Each group shows the date as a header, with individual post cards listed beneath it. Each card displays the caption preview, attached media thumbnails, target platforms, scheduled time, and current status.
Filtering Posts
Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow down what you see:
- Platform — show only posts targeting Facebook, Instagram, X, or TikTok.
- Status — filter by pending (waiting to publish), published (successfully sent), or failed (encountered an error).
- Date range — set a start and end date to focus on a specific time period.
Filters are applied instantly, and the grouped view updates to show only matching posts.
Searching Posts
The search bar lets you find specific posts by caption text. Type a keyword or phrase, and the page updates to show only posts that match. This is especially helpful when you have a large volume of scheduled content and need to locate a particular post quickly.
Pagination
To keep the page responsive even when you have hundreds or thousands of posts, SoSocial uses pagination. Navigate between pages using the controls at the bottom. The combination of filters and pagination means you can efficiently manage your content at any scale.
Opening a Post
Click anywhere on a post card to open it in the composer for editing. Interactive elements like buttons and checkboxes on the card won’t trigger navigation — only clicking the card body itself opens the editor.
Quick Tips
- Combine filters to get very specific views, like “all failed Instagram posts from last week.”
- Use the search bar alongside filters for maximum precision.
- Check this page regularly to monitor the status of upcoming and recently published posts.
