Creating Your Account

Sign Up for SoSocial

Getting started with SoSocial takes less than a minute. Head to the registration page and fill in a few details to create your account.

What You’ll Need

• Full name — Your display name within the platform.
• Email address — Used for signing in and receiving notifications.
• Password — Choose a strong password to keep your account secure.
• Organization name (optional) — If you’re managing social media for a business or team, you can add your organization name during registration. You can always update this later in Account settings.

Creating Your Account

1. Open your SoSocial instance and click Register on the login page.
2. Fill in your name, email, and password.
3. Optionally enter your organization name.
4. Click Create Account.

That’s it — you’ll be signed in and taken straight to the Dashboard.

Registration Availability

Your SoSocial administrator controls whether new registrations are open. If the registration page isn’t available, contact your admin to either enable public registration or create an account for you.

Your 14-Day Free Trial

Every new account automatically starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all Pro features. During your trial you can:

• Connect unlimited social accounts
• Use all AI-powered content tools
• Access advanced analytics and insights
• Schedule unlimited posts across all platforms

There’s no credit card required to start. When your trial ends, you can choose a paid plan that fits your needs from the Billing page. If your trial expires before you subscribe, your account will be paused until you select a plan — none of your data is lost.
