Navigating the Dashboard

An overview of the SoSocial Dashboard and what each section shows you.

Your Publishing Command Center

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your publishing activity across all connected platforms, so you always know what’s happening at a glance.

Publishing Summary Cards

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find summary cards showing key metrics:

  • Queued — Posts currently scheduled and waiting to be published.
  • Published — Posts that have been successfully sent to your social platforms.
  • Failed — Posts that encountered an error during publishing (e.g., expired token, API issue).

These cards update in real time, giving you an immediate sense of your publishing health.

Below the summary cards is a trends chart that visualizes your publishing activity over time. This helps you spot patterns — like whether you’re posting consistently or if there are gaps in your schedule. Use it to ensure you’re maintaining a steady content cadence.

Per-Account Breakdown

The accounts table breaks down your publishing stats by each connected social account. You can quickly see which platforms are getting the most content and which might need more attention. Each row shows the account name, platform, and post counts.

Today’s Upcoming Posts

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you’ll see a list of posts scheduled for today, showing up to 50 upcoming entries. Each post displays:

  • The scheduled time
  • Target platform(s)
  • A preview of the caption

This is your quick reference for what’s going out today, so you can review and make last-minute edits if needed.

From the Dashboard, use the sidebar to jump to any section of SoSocial:

  • Compose to create new posts
  • Calendar to see your full publishing schedule
  • Posts to manage all scheduled content
  • Analytics to dive into performance data
  • Settings to manage connections and brand voice
