Managing Integrations

View, connect, and disconnect all your integrations from the Settings page.

Managing Integrations

All your third-party integrations are managed from a single place — the Settings page. Here you can see which services are connected, add new connections, or disconnect ones you no longer need.

Viewing Integration Status

Navigate to Settings from the sidebar. The integrations section shows each available service along with its current connection status:

  • Connected — The integration is active and ready to use. You’ll see your connected account details.
  • Not Connected — The integration hasn’t been set up yet. Click the connect button to get started.

Available integrations include:

  • Canva — Design graphics and import them into your posts.
  • WordPress — Publish blog articles directly to your WordPress site.

Image search integrations (Unsplash and Google Images) are available by default and don’t require separate connection setup.

Connecting an Integration

Click the Connect button next to any integration to begin the setup process. For OAuth-based services like Canva, you’ll be redirected to the service’s authorization page. For credential-based services like WordPress, you’ll enter your connection details directly in Settings.

Disconnecting an Integration

To disconnect a service:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find the integration you want to remove.
  3. Click Disconnect.

Disconnecting an integration removes the stored credentials from SoSocial. It does not delete any content you’ve already published or created using that integration. You can reconnect at any time by going through the setup process again.

Per-User Settings

Integration connections are tied to your individual user account. Connecting or disconnecting an integration affects only your account — it does not change the integration status for other team members in your organization. Each team member manages their own integrations independently.

Keeping Integrations Healthy

  • Check connection status periodically — OAuth tokens can expire if a service revokes access or if you change your password on the connected platform.
  • Reconnect promptly — If you see a “disconnected” or error status, reconnect to avoid interruptions in your workflow.
  • Review the Usage page — Track how often each integration is used to understand your team’s reliance on external services.
