SoSocial Help

Brand Settings

Configure your brand identity to personalize AI-generated content across SoSocial.

Brand Settings

Brand Settings let you define your brand’s identity so that all AI-generated content — captions, hashtags, blog posts, and content suggestions — aligns with your voice and style.

Accessing Brand Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Brand Voice section.

What You Can Configure

Brand Name

Your company or brand name as it should appear in generated content.

Brand Description

A brief description of what your brand does, who you serve, and what makes you unique. The more specific you are, the better the AI tailors its output. For example: “We’re a sustainable fashion brand for millennials who care about ethical manufacturing.”

Tone of Voice

Define how your brand communicates. Choose from options like professional, casual, witty, inspirational, educational, or bold. You can combine tones — for example, “professional but approachable” or “witty and informative.” The AI uses this to match the personality of every caption, reply suggestion, and article it generates.

Team Roster

List your team members and their roles. This helps the AI understand your organization’s structure when generating content that references your team.

Content Themes

Specify the topics and themes your brand focuses on. Examples: “sustainable living, eco-friendly products, behind-the-scenes manufacturing, customer stories.” The AI uses these themes to generate relevant content suggestions and calendar ideas.

Website URL

Your brand’s website address. This is used when generating blog content for WordPress publishing and when the AI needs to reference your online presence.

How Brand Settings Affect AI

Every AI feature in SoSocial reads your Brand Settings to personalize output:

  • Caption generation produces text that matches your tone and references your themes.
  • Hashtag suggestions align with your industry and content focus.
  • Content calendars plan posts around your themes and brand voice.
  • Research articles are written in your brand’s style.
  • Reply suggestions in the inbox match your communication tone.

Tips for Better AI Output

  • Be specific in your brand description — vague descriptions produce generic content.
  • Update regularly — As your brand evolves, keep these settings current.
  • Experiment with tone — Try different tone descriptions and see how the AI output changes.
