AI Reply Suggestions
SoSocial can suggest replies for your conversations using AI, helping you respond faster while staying consistent with your brand voice.
How It Works
- Open a conversation thread in the Inbox.
- In the Reply Box, click the AI suggestion button (sparkle icon).
- The AI reads the conversation context — including the sender’s message, previous replies, and your brand settings — and generates a suggested response.
- The suggestion appears in the reply box, ready to use.
What the AI Considers
The AI takes several factors into account when crafting a reply:
- Conversation context — The full message thread, including the sender’s tone and intent.
- Brand voice — Your configured brand name, description, and tone from Settings > Brand Voice. If you’ve set a professional, friendly, or casual tone, the AI matches it.
- Message type — Whether it’s a comment, DM, or mention affects how the AI frames the response.
Using the Suggestion
Once the AI generates a reply, you have full control:
- Use as-is — If the suggestion looks good, click Send.
- Edit first — Modify the wording, add details, or adjust the tone before sending.
- Start fresh — Clear the suggestion and write your own reply instead.
Speed
AI reply suggestions are powered by Claude Haiku, a fast language model optimized for quick responses. Suggestions typically appear within a second or two.
Tips
- Configure your Brand Voice in Settings to get more accurate suggestions from the start.
- AI suggestions work best when there’s enough conversation context — longer threads produce better results.
- Always review suggestions before sending, especially for sensitive or complex conversations.
