Inbox Overview

The Inbox page is your central hub for managing all social media conversations in one place. Instead of switching between Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok to check messages, everything arrives here — DMs, comments, and mentions from every connected platform.

Layout

The Inbox uses a two-panel layout:

• Conversation List (left) — Shows all your interactions sorted by most recent. Each entry displays the sender’s name, platform icon, a message preview, and a timestamp. An unread indicator helps you spot new messages at a glance.
• Thread View (right) — Click any conversation to open the full message thread. You’ll see the complete history of that interaction, along with a reply box at the bottom for responding.

Unread Badge

The sidebar navigation shows an unread count badge next to the Inbox link, so you always know when new messages are waiting — even while working on other pages.

Mobile Experience

On smaller screens, the Inbox adapts to a stacked layout. You’ll see the conversation list first. Tap any conversation to open the thread in a full-screen view. A back arrow at the top-left returns you to the list.

Getting Started

To start receiving messages in your Inbox, make sure you have at least one platform connected in Settings > Connections. Once connected, click the Sync button to pull in your latest messages.

The Inbox keeps a local copy of all fetched messages, so browsing through past conversations is fast — even when you’re offline or the platform API is slow.
